FULTON – On February 21, 2025, Billyjo Bardin, aged 58, from Fulton, passed away. He was born on December 8, 1966, in Oswego to Sandra Brummett. A self-employed construction worker, Billyjo loved fishing, hunting, trapping, and riding his Harley Davidson.
Billyjo is survived by his wife of 11 years, Marli E. Bardin; his seven children: Angel Bardin from Watertown, Ashley Bardin of Fulton, Britney (Daniel) Failing of Volney, Hailey Bardin of Fulton, Richard (Harmony) Bardin of Fulton, Misty Bardin of Fulton, and Ethan Bardin of Fulton; as well as three step-children: Emily (Jonathon) Pettrossi of Greece, Amanda Davis of Rochester, and James (Jen) Davis of Greece. His siblings include Melinda Dwyer of TN, Candace Shinnick of Fulton, Gene Bardin of Fulton, Robert Bardin of Fulton, and Willard Bardin of New York. He also leaves behind 18 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by his sister, Esther Ruffle, and his brother, Guy Ruffle.
