WOOLRICH — Each month, the Susquehanna Valley Big Twins Motorcycle Club organizes a breakfast benefit to support individuals or families facing difficult times. On Saturday, April 19, the breakfast was dedicated to Skye Breon, a nine-year-old girl fighting cancer. Skye, a student at Liberty Curtin Elementary in Blanchard, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer that has also spread to her lungs. She continues her treatment journey in hopes of achieving remission and enjoying a fulfilling life.

This breakfast benefit, like previous ones for Skye, drew an overwhelming number of compassionate supporters. Nearly 300 attendees reveled in the all-you-can-eat breakfast and competed for 56 donated baskets and prizes.

The Easter Bunny even made a surprise appearance! The children were thrilled as the Easter Bunny mingled and posed for photos.

Mike Adams arrived on his Harley Davidson and generously offered Skye a ride in the sidecar. All smiles, Skye eagerly accepted the adventure. Adams, a friend of many members of the Susquehanna Valley Big Twins Motorcycle Club, came out to support Skye and her family while assisting with the event.

In addition to the club, generous contributions came from the Flying Aces and the Clearfield Cycle Club. The Sons of Italy, the Swissdale United Methodist Church, and many others who attended also provided donations to support the benefit.
