HYDERABAD: Two young men riding a Harley Davidson motorbike tragically lost their lives after being struck by a speeding car in Secunderabad on Wednesday. The victims have been identified as Pranay, aged 19, and Akshit, aged 21, according to the Mahankali police investigating the incident.
As per police reports, the pair, who lived in Bansilalpet, Secunderabad, were traveling from Paradise junction towards Patny X roads when they were hit by the speeding vehicle. Pranay was the one operating the motorcycle, while Akshit was the passenger; both succumbed to their injuries at the scene.
The driver of the car, identified as Kurmaiah, has been taken into custody for further questioning. He was reportedly en route to pick up a passenger near Patny X roads at the time of the collision, say the authorities.
