    <p>(Franklin County, Indiana) - On Sunday, June 1 at around 2:54 p.m., Franklin County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to a report of a motorcycle crash on State Road 252, near Raymond Road.</p>

    <p>Upon arrival, deputies found that Jeffery D. Ogle, a 67-year-old from Cincinnati, was riding a 2007 Harley Davidson westbound on S.R. 252. For reasons yet to be determined, Ogle lost control of the motorcycle, veering off the north side of the road and colliding with a fence. He was ejected from the bike.</p>

    <p>Sadly, Ogle was declared dead at the scene by the Franklin County Coroner’s Office. S.R. 252 was closed for approximately 1.5 hours while the investigation took place.</p>

    <p>Assistance at the scene was provided by the Drewersburg Volunteer Fire Department, Letts E.M.S., and the Franklin County Coroner’s Office. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.</p>

A 40-year-old man from Wailuku tragically suffered life-threatening injuries in a motorcycle crash at Ting’s Bridge on Saturday night.

The accident was reported at 11:46 p.m. on March 8, occurring on West Kaʻahumanu Avenue, approximately 726 feet west of Lunalilo Street.

According to preliminary police reports, a black 2023 Harley Davidson Sportster was heading west on West Kaʻahumanu Avenue when it strayed to the right over the solid white fog line, hitting a curb and embankment before crashing head-on into the northeast corner of the retaining wall at Tings Bridge.

As a result of the crash, the rider sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead at the scene.

Authorities reported that the rider was not wearing a helmet during the incident. Investigations into the potential roles of speed, drugs, and alcohol are still ongoing.

This marks Maui County’s fourth traffic fatality of 2025, in contrast to two fatalities at the same time last year.

St. Cloud Motorcyclist Loses Life in West Melbourne Crash

A 48-year-old motorcyclist from St. Cloud tragically lost his life in a collision on Monday afternoon involving a tractor trailer in unincorporated West Melbourne, as reported by the Florida Highway Patrol.

The fatal accident occurred around 2:30 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. 192 and St. Johns Heritage Parkway. Authorities indicated that the motorcyclist, riding a Harley Davidson, was traveling westbound on U.S. 192 and did not stop in time before crashing into a Freightliner semitractor-trailer that was halted just ahead at the intersection.

A St. Cloud motorcyclist was involved in a fatal crash in West Melbourne.

According to investigators from the Highway Patrol, the unidentified motorcyclist, who was wearing a helmet, collided with the rear of the stopped vehicle. Emergency responders arrived shortly after and pronounced the man dead at the scene, as per FHP’s report.

The 49-year-old driver of the semi, hailing from Kissimmee, escaped without injuries.

The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
