This is a continuation of a public hearing initiated on Thursday, November 7. The applicant has proposed a conditional use permit application to decrease the required on-site parking associated with the redevelopment of the Charitable Gaming Facility.
SP2024-019: 1279 South Willow Street, General Business District, Ward 9
This is a continuation of a public hearing that started on Thursday, November 7. The applicant has submitted a site plan application to consolidate three lots into a single record lot for a new 63,175 square foot Charitable Gaming Facility, along with the required site improvements.
S2024-009: Salem Street (Tax Map 449, Lot 19A), Residential One Family High Density District, Ward 10
The applicant has filed an application for subdividing an existing lot of 17,933 sq. ft. into two new buildable lots.
CU2024-026: 1 Bouchard Street, General Industrial / Industrial Park District, Ward 8
The applicant has proposed a conditional use permit application to reduce the required parking for a temporary dealership for Harley Davidson motorcycles.
SP2024-020: 1 Bouchard Street, General Industrial / Industrial Park District, Ward 8
The applicant has submitted a site plan application for the establishment of a temporary Manchester Harley Davidson dealership.
CU2024-027: 302 Lake Avenue, Urban Multifamily District, Ward 5
The applicant has submitted a conditional use permit application to expand the existing convenience store by adding a 1,632 square foot basement for storage.
CU2024-028: 302 Lake Avenue, Urban Multifamily District, Ward 5
The applicant has also proposed a conditional use permit application to decrease the required parking from 17 spaces to 7 spaces in conjunction with the expansion of the convenience store.
SP-15-2013 & SP-17-2016: 270 Granite Street, General Business District, Ward 10
The applicant has requested a compliance hearing for a previously authorized site plan to discuss changes in building signage.
SP2023-011: 324 Hanover Street, Urban Multifamily District, Ward 4
The applicant has requested a one-year extension for a previously granted site plan approval.
SP2024-021: 915 Holt Avenue, General Industrial / Industrial Park District, Ward 6
The applicant has filed a site plan application for establishing a tow lot.
