Major Brands Pivot to Boutique Agencies for Enhanced Online Engagement

Global brands are increasingly emphasizing agility and specialized skills in their marketing and content strategies, often opting for boutique agencies instead of traditional large firms. Light Touch Media Group, a full-service creative solutions agency, is leading this trend by partnering with major brands such as Harley Davidson, Home Depot, and others through its results-oriented approach.

Recently, the agency concluded a significant campaign with Anheuser-Busch, showcasing its capacity to achieve results for industry leaders while providing the personalized attention that larger agencies frequently lack. Building on this achievement, Light Touch has also signed a major partnership with premium pet food brand Weruva, adding to its impressive clientele, which includes global energy giant Shell.

“In today’s marketplace, expertise, quality, and agility are essential,” stated Wil Seabrook, CEO of Light Touch Media Group. “While many agencies concentrate solely on video production, a strategic approach for overall digital and media presence is certainly more effective. Clients connect with this because captivating content is merely one component of a successful marketing strategy. Enhancing visibility in every marketing aspect and approaching it from a 360-degree perspective is vital for achieving significant objectives. A holistic solution yields better results.”

The trend towards boutique agencies mirrors a more extensive industry movement, as major brands increasingly prioritize specialized knowledge and tailored strategies instead of the universal solutions characteristically offered by larger firms. This shift has been especially pronounced in the post-pandemic environment, where flexibility and deep industry insight have emerged as critical differentiators.

Light Touch Media Group has positioned itself at the forefront of this evolution, delivering a wide range of services that includes:

Strategic brand development and positioning

Comprehensive live and animated video production, still photography, and post-production

Digital marketing campaign development

Social media strategy and content creation

Comprehensive SEO services

2D, 3D, and Interactive video content

Sustainability storytelling and thought leadership campaigns

“Our strategy transcends mere content creation. We aim to ensure that the companies we partner with don’t become the compact disc or ‘Blockbuster’ of their sector. We assist them in modernizing,” added Wil Seabrook. “We establish partnerships with our clients to create integrated strategies that deliver concrete results. Whether it’s boosting market share, launching new products, training staff, building brand loyalty, or increasing sales, every creative decision is aligned with our clients’ business goals.”

Centenarian Dorothy “Dot” Frances Brazier, born Earley, led a fulfilling life during her 103 years. She was born in Dunedin on September 8, 1921, and left school at 13 to work for the confectionery company McIntosh Caley Phoenix, before transitioning to Cadbury Fry Hudson. There, she packed hand-wrapped chocolates and led the Cadbury marching team, which is where she caught the attention of her future husband, Bill Brazier; the two married in 1942. Mrs. Brazier later joined Wolfenden and Russell clothing store, and during World War II, she made soldier uniforms at Sargoods. Post-war, the couple settled in Nightcaps, where Bill worked as a miner, and they operated a mine in Coaldale, in addition to running a milk delivery service. In 1954, they established Brazier Motors, with Mrs. Brazier taking charge of the school bus route. She not only transported three generations of children but also ferried miners to their jobs and organized bus charters before retiring in 1979 to Alexandra. In 1986, Mr. Brazier passed away, prompting Mrs. Brazier to move to Dunedin. She had a passion for golf and was actively involved in Lions. The couple had three children: Gaynor, Lance, and Royce. After suffering a heart attack in 2015, Mrs. Brazier relocated to Auckland to be nearer to Gaynor. She passed away on October 23, and is survived by her children, 14 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. — ODT

Harley-Davidson to Open New Shop in US City, but Fans React to Absence of Popular Item – “Bizarre Decision,” Say Drivers

A NEW Harley-Davidson outlet is on the way in a New York city, but customers won’t be able to leave with a new motorcycle.

Supporters of the iconic brand have criticized the new store as “strange,” yet the owner has a distinct reason for not offering the beloved bikes.

Gutman has secured a prime downtown retail location to launch a Harley-Davidson store in Rochester, located about an hour and a half east of Buffalo.

This unique shop will exclusively offer Harley merchandise, including stickers, shirts, and hats, but it will not sell motorcycles.

The reason behind this is that Gutman already owns a nearby dealership and wanted to establish the store to promote his other business.

The motorbike enthusiast intends to showcase a gleaming bike in the center of the store as an eye-catching display. However, to actually test drive one, customers will have to go to his dealership.

With the store situated in a pedestrian-friendly downtown area, Gutman is optimistic that more visitors will stop by to check out his motorcycles.

“I aimed to make the dealership more prominent,” he shared with the Post Bulletin.

“Being downtown with Harley-Davidson prominently displayed on First Avenue gives us the chance to announce Harley is in town.”

Gutman is eager to get the store open quickly and hopes it will be operational by the end of December.

He has also devised an innovative promotional strategy to encourage people to check out his motorcycles.

Anyone interested in visiting Gutman’s dealership will receive an Uber ride directly to its front door.

“If you want to view bikes, we’ll arrange an Uber for you,” said the enthusiastic entrepreneur.

Originally from Rochester, Gutman now resides 11 hours away in Effingham, Illinois, where he acquired his first Harley dealership.

Nevertheless, he has always fantasized about owning and managing a shop in his hometown.

Upon the previous owners’ decision to sell, they reached out to Gutman and expressed their satisfaction in handing it over to him.

Harley-Davidson Closures in 2024

There are more than 650 Harley-Davidson dealerships across the United States.

However, several stores have closed for various reasons throughout 2024, often without explanation.

Below is a list of some Harley-Davidson locations that have shut down this year and the reasons behind their closures:

The San Francisco location ceased operations in June after 110 years due to ‘chaos’ stemming from new management.

Miracle City Harley-Davidson in Titusville, Florida, closed in September with no reason provided.

Harley-Davidson’s historic location in New York City shut down on September 28, with the owner citing economic challenges.

Reiman’s Harley-Davidson dealership in Kewanee, Illinois, closed in October after the owners transferred ownership to the Walter Brothers Harley Davidson dealership in Peoria, Illinois.

Furthermore, the dealership in West Bend, Wisconsin, is temporarily closing for the season from November 2 until April 1, 2024.

Harley fans were thrilled about the news of the upcoming store, but some found the concept slightly odd.

“It’s a fascinating idea, and I genuinely hope he succeeds,” noted one driver on Facebook.

“It certainly appears to be an unusual choice at first glance.”

Another fan commented that it’s a fantastic option for patients visiting the town’s large Mayo Clinic hospital to grab a souvenir.

“This is bound to be a hit,” expressed a different motorbike enthusiast.

“We visit a Harley shop wherever we travel.

“We will definitely stop by next time we’re in Rochester.”

After 30 Years, George C. Chaconas of Performance Brokerage Services Facilitates the Sale of Carolina Coast Harley-Davidson and Beach House Harley-Davidson in Wilmington and Shallotte, NC

IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 5, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Performance Brokerage Services, the premier firm in dealership buy-sell activities, is excited to announce the successful sale of Carolina Coast Harley-Davidson located in Wilmington, North Carolina, along with Beach House Harley-Davidson situated in Shallotte, North Carolina. The transaction was between Rick and Janice Noyes and the Cole Family of Harley-Davidson Dealerships.

Performance Brokerage Services, recognized as North America’s leading dealership brokerage firm in terms of volume, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Carolina Coast Harley-Davidson in Wilmington, North Carolina, and Beach House Harley-Davidson in Shallotte, North Carolina by Charlie Cole, Will Cole, and Freddy Tedesco of the Cole Family of Harley-Davidson Dealerships.

Carolina Coast Harley-Davidson, along with its sister location, Beach House Harley-Davidson on U.S. Route 17, has been family-owned and managed by Rick and Janice Noyes for over thirty years. Post-sale, Rick Noyes stated, “Establishing a business from the ground up and becoming a cornerstone of your community for more than three decades is no small achievement. Transitioning that well-rooted business is also an emotional journey. It necessitates a different level of expertise to execute that sale successfully. George and his committed team leave no detail overlooked and are involved until the closing is complete.” Rick and Janice will retained ownership of New River Harley-Davidson in Jacksonville, North Carolina.

In the past five years, Performance Brokerage Services has facilitated the sale of over 300 dealerships, reinforcing its status as the highest volume dealership brokerage in North America. George C. Chaconas, Senior Partner, and Courtney A. Bernhard, Partner in the Harley-Davidson & Powersports Division at Performance Brokerage Services, were the sole advisors representing the sellers in this sale.

George Chaconas remarked, “Over five years ago, I met with Rick and Janice Noyes at the last Harley-Davidson dealer show in Milwaukee to explore the possibility of selling their two North Carolina stores, Carolina Coast Harley-Davidson and Beach House Harley-Davidson. Following the pandemic, Rick reached out to discuss the sale again. Soon after, my partner Courtney Bernhard and I traveled to meet with Rick and his wife, assisting them in preparing for the sale. After providing them with a valuation estimate and marketing strategy, we pinpointed a qualified buyer in the Cole Family of Harley-Davidson Dealerships. It was a privilege to assist Rick and Janice in successfully selling their dealerships, enabling them to move towards semi-retirement and focus on their remaining store. I am deeply thankful for the chance to represent them through this pivotal transition.”

FBI Issues Reward for Information on Missing Maine Teen Stefanie Damron

(NewsNation) — The FBI has announced a reward of up to $15,000 for information that may help locate a Maine teenager who has been missing for over two months, or for the arrest of individuals involved in her disappearance.

Stefanie Damron, 14, was declared missing on September 24, 2024, last observed leaving her home and wandering into the woods in New Sweden, Maine.

Parents Christopher and Lisa Marie Damron expressed in a statement made in October that Stefanie had an argument with her sister prior to her departure.

Having relocated to Maine from Texas in 2020, the family noted that a family member indicated that Stefanie had attempted to run away in the past but was located by her relatives in the woods.

As per the FBI, Stefanie was homeschooled and had limited access to social media.

Authorities have released updated images of Stefanie in the hope that someone may come forward with information.

FBI and Maine State Police Announce $15,000 Reward for Information on Missing Aroostook County Teen

The FBI, alongside the Maine State Police, is appealing to the public for help in finding 14-year-old Stefanie Damron from New Sweden, Maine, who has been unaccounted for since September 24, 2024.

On Monday, authorities revealed a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to her safe recovery or the apprehension and prosecution of those responsible for her disappearance.

Damron was last observed entering the woods near her residence on West Road. At that time, she was dressed in blue jeans, a long-sleeved blue shirt, and black Harley Davidson hiking boots. She is identified as a white female with green eyes and shoulder-length brown hair, approximately 5 feet tall and weighing around 130 pounds.

Being homeschooled with restricted social media access, her case has initiated a comprehensive search and investigation, according to a press release from the FBI.

“The FBI is hopeful that this reward will motivate anyone with information about Stefanie’s location to step forward,” stated Jodi Cohen, special agent in charge of the FBI Boston Division.

“Every piece of information, regardless of its size, could prove vital. Stefanie’s family is desperate for answers, and we are fully dedicated to collaborating with our law enforcement partners to utilize all investigative resources to locate her and bring her back home,” Cohen added.

Maine State Police Colonel Bill Ross underscored the necessity of public involvement.

“The Maine State Police is unwavering in our investigation into Stefanie’s disappearance. Every lead, no matter how minor, is being diligently pursued to find her,” Ross said.

“We sincerely appreciate the FBI’s assistance as we continue to implore anyone with information to come forward. Your tip could be crucial in solving this case and providing closure for Stefanie’s family,” he noted.

The FBI’s Child Abduction Rapid Deployment (CARD) Team, which specializes in cases of missing children, was activated shortly after Stefanie was reported missing. Together with the Maine State Police, the CARD team has carried out extensive investigative measures, including community canvassing, examining video footage, and conducting grid searches with canine units. Their investigation has expanded outside Maine, tracking leads across the United States and Canada.

Despite these extensive efforts, Stefanie is still missing.

Investigators have performed numerous interviews and explored multiple leads, but no significant breakthroughs have surfaced.

Authorities encourage the public to review and disseminate Stefanie’s updated missing person poster, which can be found at https://www.fbi.gov/wanted/kidnap/stefanie-damron.

Anyone with information regarding Stefanie’s disappearance is urged to contact the Maine State Police Houlton Barracks at 1-800-824-2261 or 207-532-5400. Tips can also be sent to the FBI by calling 1-800-CALL-FBI or visiting tips.fbi.gov.

Harley-Davidson Motorcycles May Undergo Significant Redesign as Storage Feature Approaches Ten-Year Milestone

HARLEY-Davidson seems poised to refresh one of its most popular accessories, generating excitement among fans eager to see the brand’s new offerings for the coming year.

The motorbike company has allegedly submitted a patent for this new design in Europe.

The patent details a redesigned Tour-Pak luggage for touring models such as the Road Glide and Street Glide, as reported by Top Speed.

These Tour-Paks are storage containers with watertight latches, designed for riders who need to carry essentials on extended journeys.

Although they have been a staple accessory for Harley bikes, it’s been ten years since their last significant design update, leading to a demand for a refresh.

The new patent suggests a redesigned top box capable of separating storage into two compartments.

read more on harley davidson

These updated Tour-Paks are notably thicker and feature a “hump” at the ends, which alters the angle at which they sit on the bike’s rear.

They also come with a passenger headrest, allowing the second rider to comfortably lean back rather than holding tightly to the driver.

Additionally, the design includes two visible speakers for music enjoyment from the backseat.

The overall layout remains similar to the original model, opening from right to left with a key.

However, it seems that there is an opening at the back of the pack, potentially intended for securing valuables.

While the implications of this Tour-Pak redesign for the brand’s future remain unclear, there is a growing interest in Harley-Davidson’s touring offerings.

‘What about the warranties?’ cry drivers after Harley-Davidson dealership closes – its nearest location is an hour away

This storage solution could either accompany a new motorcycle model or serve as an upgrade accessory for existing rides.

Typically, Harley-Davidson unveils its new model lineup in January, so fans can expect clarity on this soon.

The U.S. Sun has contacted the brand for their comments on the newly filed patent.

Last year, the company launched a 120th-anniversary edition of the Road Glide Special, with only 1,600 units produced.

This bike is powered by a Milwaukee-Eight 114 cubic-inch engine, delivering a powerful 1868cc V-twin with 93bhp and 117 ft-lb of torque.

It also features cruise control functionality and a Boom! Box GTS Infotainment system.

Harley-Davidson marked the debut of this model with a special homecoming festival.

Meanwhile, a dealership representing the iconic motorcycle brand is unexpectedly shutting down after relocation plans fell through.

The store was set to move to a nearby arena but ultimately did not happen.

This comes as Harley-Davidson’s CEO has announced a new business collaboration which may bring an iconic race to international locations.
