In this capacity, Mr. Erb will oversee the Company’s sales activities, foster robust relationships with both new and existing dealers across the United States and internationally, and oversee the sales, distribution, and support for the Company’s product portfolio. Mr. Erb’s appointment is effective immediately.

Prior to this, Mr. Erb served as the National Sales Manager for Four Winn’s Boats, where he directed the sales and business development strategy for Four Winn’s and Wellcraft Brands across the Americas. He also held the position of VP of Sales and Business Development for SHERP of North America, where he built and supported its dealer network in North America. From 2016 to 2023, Mr. Erb was part of BRP, Inc. in various capacities, including Business Development Manager for the Marine Group Division in the U.S. Southeast, Field Operations Manager for the Powersports Division, and Rider Education Manager in the United States. Other significant roles in his career comprise Production Manager at York Vehicle Operations for Harley Davidson Motor Company, Operations Director/Regional Sales Manager for Premier Property Service of York, LLC, and Executive Consultant and International Sales Director for International Business Service Group.
Mr. Erb earned his Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management in 2021 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2017 from Wrexham Glyndwr University.
